One time when I was playing wreck ball, I had a soft ground ball to the pitcher and then I was running to First and the first baseman was in the way. I literally trucked him and I went in the air, but the thing was I still touched the bag and he dropped the ball. It kinda hurt a little bit, but I was still safe.

As nice as it seems to have a flag on your glove it’s not allowed. It’s not about it being a flag and trying to lean into the BS Pro USA crowd is laughable. It’s about the patch being a distraction for the batter. This stuff has not been legal in a very long time. Flag or not. Why didn’t he have it on the inside of his glove where he could see it himself before each pitch? Hell he could look at the flag before each pitch and gave a salute for all MLB would have cared at that point.

Partially correct...there are some instances like drop 3rd strikes where you do not always run in between those white line. Bottom line: rule needs to change, not sure on how you go about it... As an umpire reviewing these 3 plays...all three safe as from what I am seeing the catcher is intentionally throwing at the runner to bait the interference call....this is the pros and catchers are taught to sidestep on these types of plays to make a safer throw for the runner and the first baseman.
